More Good Foundation 「もっと善い財団法人」の目的はインタネットでＬＤＳ教会についてもっと正確な情報を提供することです。オクラホマ州での伝道部会長の時、数回宣教師から聞いたことはーーいい求道者に素晴らしいをレッスンをしました後、インタネットで求道者の人はモルモンについて検索しました。すると、例えばモルモン宣教師など、何でも「モルモン」と言う言葉が入っていたさえすれば反モルモンのウエブサイトは出てきました。その情報を読みますと、宣教師が帰ってくると求道者は「もう学びたくない」と言ってしっまって、それで終わりです。More Good Foundationの目的は求道者がインタネットで検索すれば「モルモン」を入力するとき教会に関する正確な情報を見つけれることです。
The
purpose of the More Good Foundation is to provide better
quality information about the LDS Church on the Internet. When I served
as mission president in Oklahoma we had problems with anti-Mormon
websites. Missionaries reported to me several times that after they had
given good spiritual lessons to investigators, the investigators would
search the website for more information about Mormons. When they typed
in the word “Mormon,” or something with the word “Mormon” in it, most of
what came up was anti-Mormon sites. After reading information from these
sites, the investigators refused to meet with the missionaries again. We
want to make sure that when investigators search for the term “Mormon”
they can find accurate information about the Church.

The Internet is the #1 source for learning about The Church, but there is a lot of anti-Mormon material online. We want to balance this with the stories and experiences of Latter-day saints all around the world.
