Listening 

To whom do we listen? We all listen to someone. We listen to those on television and to those on radio. We watch and listen at movies. We listen to co-workers. We listen to parents. Some of us even listen to our children. We listen to friends. We listen at Church. We listen at work. We listen to our bosses. We listen to our customers. We listen as we go shopping. We listen to sales people. We listen at school. We hear other people on the trains, at restaurants, and when we go shopping. We all listen. At one time, most of us, listened to the missionaries. 

We listen much, but what to we believe? What should we believe? How do we judge what to believe? How do we know what is true? Whom should we believe. What do those we listen to really know? What are their motives? Do they care about us? These are good questions to think about when we listen.
