Staying Healthy God wants us to be as healthy as possible. Let’s eat good food. Let’s not eat too much. Let’s drink lots of water. Sometimes we feel hungry. But often we are just feeling thirsty. If we drink water we won’t feel so hungry. What is good food? The Word of Wisdom helps us know. Junk food and comfort good are not so good for us. Vegetables and fruits are good for us. We should eat meat sparingly. Sparingly means only a little. Sleep helps us stay healthy. Exercise helps us stay healthy. If we have special problems, God with help us know what to do. We should ask God about our health. He will teach us what to do. He will teach us what not to do.
