英語の勉強 Simple English #4 I forgot how I learned to walk. |
|
I forgot how I learned to walk, but I have watched each of my six children learn to walk. All fell, all cried, but all persisted. All learned to balance, to step forward, to stop, to start, and then they learned to run. It was a difficult learning experience. Life is difficult. Doing difficult things helps make us stronger. Naturally, we want to avoid difficulties. But learning requires us to do difficult things. We feel reluctant to change which is mostly difficult. Trying to do something difficult everyday challenges our minds, our muscles, and our love for ourselves and others.
